FAQs

Who is this for?

Cofounders who have already matched and want to validate working fit quickly, before equity, titles, and long-term commitments.

Do we need a “good” idea?

No. The sprint tests collaboration and execution; the idea is just the vehicle.

What’s the time commitment?

It’s flexible: most work happens async, on your schedule, with everything tracked in Slack and Trello.

We only require two 30‑minute calls per week (8 calls total over 4 weeks), which keeps a healthy balance between planning, getting to know each other, and execution.

What if we decide not to continue?

That’s a good outcome, this is designed to help you find out early, with something shipped and clear lessons instead of months of ambiguity.

How do you keep it fair?

The sprint is mutual by design: both founders agree scope, both commit, and the project is intentionally sized to finish in weeks, not months.

We run async-first (Slack + Trello) with two mandatory 30‑minute calls per week, scheduled around both calendars. The goal isn’t perfection - it’s proof of working compatibility under real constraints.
